At Avenue Dental Group in north Spokane, WA, we are pleased to offer our patients an exclusive In-House Membership Plan as an affordable alternative to traditional dental insurance.
Designed by Dr. Navdeep Virk and Dr. Gregg Liedtka, this plan ensures you receive the high-quality preventive care you need and access to significant discounts on all other necessary dental procedures.
Plan Coverage and Benefits
Your annual membership includes the following covered services, with no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no waiting periods:

Discounts on Other Services
For members of our in-office savings plan, all other dental procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, root canals, cosmetic procedures) are available with No Limit on frequency. These services will be discounted from our usual and customary rates, providing substantial savings.
Membership Terms and Conditions
By enrolling, you agree to the following important terms regarding payment and renewal:
- Payment Authorization. You authorize Avenue Dental Group to automatically debit your payment from your designated Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Amex Card as scheduled.
- Failed Payments. If Avenue Dental Group is unable to process your scheduled payment, you are responsible for making an alternate payment arrangement. A late fee and/or an insufficient fund fee of $35 per transaction will apply. We are authorized to withdraw your payment on a different day if the initial attempt fails.
- Contract Cancellation. If the membership contract is canceled or defaults for any reason within the fiscal year period, the remaining month(s) of the contract will still be due in full.
- Automatic Renewal. The enrollment period will automatically renew each year for an additional year without separate notice.
- Termination Notice. If you wish to terminate the contract, a 30-day written notice is required before the renewal date to prevent the automatic renewal for the following year.
- Card Changes. You must notify our office fifteen (15) days prior to a scheduled withdrawal of any changes made to your designated credit/debit card, including but not limited to closed status, account changes, or changes in the card's expiration date.
- Fee Changes. Avenue Dental Group reserves the right to increase treatment prices at any time. The new fees will immediately be in effect, and older fees from previous, non-scheduled treatment plans will no longer be valid.
